For your convenience:
• Your bill has a fixed due date, i.e. the first business day of the month.
• You have a fixed payment code so that you can pay your subscription - without having to have the actual bill with you - in all online Nova collection points, National and Alpha Bank ATMs, as well as for your online payments.

Useful information:
a. The monthly statement that you receive is for the following month’s subscription.
b. If you would like to reconnect to nova, advance payment of the following month’s subscription as well as settlement of any outstanding balance is required.
c. In case of non-payment of your account after your statement due date, the company reserves the right to interrupt Subscription Services.
d. Statements are issued mid-month.
