7.1. “MCH” acts as an entity in charge of the processing (in the meaning of article 2, Law 2472/97) of the personal data of the user of its webpage that concerns the services it provides via its online shop.

7.5. CONSENT OF THE SUBSCRIBER
The user of the website of “MCH” and of the services that the latter provides through its online shop hereby gives his explicit consent for the processing of his personal data, with the purpose of:

8. Products-Price-Mode of Payment

9. Withdrawal/Return-Replacement of Products
9.1.You have the right to return the products you bought and to demand their replacement a) in any case in which, upon proven liability of “MCH”, wrong products or products of bad and defective quality (mistake in the receipt of the order, the billing, the shipping, destroyed products during the transfer, poor packaging etc.) were sold and b) in all the cases in which a problem/actual defect existed in the product (regarding either its operation or quality), which is covered by the guarantee of the product. In all these cases, the customer has the choice either not to accept from the beginning the reception of the product or, after having received it, to return the product within 20 days from the date of the product’s receipt. In any event, the products should be returned in the condition they were received by the customer, whole and without any wears and the packaging of the product should be the one that regularly accompanies the product and to be in perfect condition. In case that the products are not returned within 20 days then “MCH” may not accept any return and replacement. At all events and for all the above cases, the maximum time limit of return for replacement cannot be extended beyond twenty (20) calendar days from the receipt date. Furthermore, for all cases, the product to be replaced-repaired should be necessarily accompanied by the original purchase receipt along with all the documents that companioned the product (for example, Consignment Note, Retail Sale Receipt etc.)
9.2. You have the right to unjustifiably return the products you bought through the online shop of the webpage of “MCH”, within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of the product’s receipt. In this case, the product to be returned should be in the initial condition in which the recipient received it, without any wears, its packaging should be the one that regularly accompanies the product and in perfect condition, along with all the documents that accompanied the product (Consignment Note, Retail Sale Receipt etc.). The costs for the product’s return burden the consumer.
10. Order/ Delivery of Products/ Shipping Expenses
Upon completion of the order, a confirming email with the details of your order will be sent to you. Upon sending of the aforementioned email, the order is considered completed and the product will be delivered to you within 15 business days either by a technician that cooperates with “MCH” or by a private transfer company. The Customer Service Department of “MCH” will communicate with you for the exact date and method of delivery. “MCH”, for your best and fastest service, cooperates with private transfer companies of its choice. The transfer cost burdens “MCH”. Your order is possible to delay for the following reasons:
• In periods of extreme weather phenomena or strikes as well as in any event of force majeure that may affect the transfer and delivery of your order.
• In case that the telephone or via email communication with you is not possible (if any problem arises regarding you order, either in relation to the product or in relation to the payment) due to the fact, for example, that the particulars you have registered are not properly updated.
